Meet Our Board of Directors
Ashley Arrington
Ashley Arrington is the Founder and Executive Director of AGAPE GLOBAL. In addition to operating AGAPE GLOBAL, she obtains a bachelor's degree in social work. She is an active participant in multiple community service projects, and an active member of church.
At an early age, Ashley became a victim of sexual molestation, which led to a lot of different mental issues such as depression, stress, and even homosexuality. For years, she suffered with self-identity low self-esteem, gender confusion, and even domestic violence.
After realizing that everyone suffered with some type of mental imbalance, she decided to become a heart for the communities by providing resources needed in communities. In the midst of her wilderness season, the vision of I AM AGAPE came about, which later transitioned into AGAPE GLOBAL.
One of Ashley's goals is to open a community center. This center will be open to the homeless, and victims of any type of abuse, where they would receive numerous amounts of resources to help become stable. Along with serving families and individuals in need of counseling and support services to place them on the road to mental wellness. We are dedicated to serving families and individuals facing human trafficking, and domestic violence with intervention and protective service.
In addition, we want to translate God's heart through being resourceful throughout the community while enhancing our walk with other believers. God has given us a life to love everyone, no matter color, race, identity status, addiction, or hardship. With an open heart, allow what is broken, speak to what is fixed. We are MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATES.
